MHM Designs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “App”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
1. DATA COLLECTION We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for the App, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contacting us.

- Personal Data: Name, email address, and phone number provided during account registration (via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or phone authentication).
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including designs you view, like, save, or share.
- Device Data: Device ID, operating system version, and crash logs to improve app stability and performance.
- Payment Information: When purchasing services or designs, payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your full credit card number or UPI details on our servers.
2. USE OF YOUR DATA Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide, operate, and maintain our application.
- Process transactions and send related information, including transaction confirmations and receipts.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide support.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (Razorpay), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services (Hostinger), and customer service (Firebase).

4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
User Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can request data deletion directly within the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account, or by sending an email to our support team at mhmdesignsindia@gmail.com
5. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY Our application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
